Digital products
This covers formula PDFs, short modules and full courses.
All sales of digital products are final. Because you get instant access to the files and videos after payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once your order is complete.
The only exception: if a file will not open or a video link does not work, email us at support@skincarediypoint.com within 7 days of purchase. We will fix it or send a working copy. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you.
Physical products
This covers tallow balm, soaps and other items we ship.
All sales of physical products are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including opened or used items.
Please check your order details (product, quantity, delivery address) carefully before paying.
Course access
Course access is for the buyer only. Sharing your login or course links with others may lead to your access being removed without a refund.
